CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours - when booking on the system a reminder message is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment and can't be cancelled through the app after this time - if you message to cancel after the 24 hours or don't show to your appointment a 50% charge will be sent to you via a sms link, this will need to paid prior to booking another appointment or it may not be accepted.
